At H. Legrand Ponce, we are committed to providing high-quality professional beauty products. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final unless an item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Store Credit
Approved returns will receive store credit only.
No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be issued.
Store credit will be issued electronically and may be used toward any future purchase at H. Legrand Ponce.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Hair care products
- Cosmetics
- Personal care items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Bundles
- Gift cards
- Items that can be modified
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
All sales are final.
